On 27th May I discovered an issue with the pet sitter I had booked for 27th-30th May. I was 300 miles away, stressing and about to cut my holiday short.
I messaged Bethannie at 5am in the morning, seeing whether she could help. It was a long shot and I wasn’t expecting a yes. Safe to say her and her mum went above and beyond to make sure my dogs were cared for, and that I could enjoy my holiday. Pulled out all the stops, communicated with me multiple times per day and made sure my boys were safe and cared for.”
